So this is a personal review of my personal experience. For me, it is more concise and more easy to apply than JD's system, which I also own. I highly recommend the Matt Darcy Iron Maiden system for back attacks. They also have an app which is immensely easier to use than the BJJ Fanatics digital content. I've dropped about a grand on these and I can say, personally, it wasn't worth it to me.Īs a whole, I believe that Digitsu is putting out better quality instructionals that are concise and immediately applicable. I have taken something from each of the DVDs, so they ARE beneficial, it just depends on your financial capability and what you think this information is worth.

Don't get me wrong, it is good information, it's just that it is very repetitive. I say it is not worth it, to me, because they are around 9-10 hours a piece and the actual technique information contained in these DVDs can easily be conveyed in under an hour.

We all know that martial arts instructionals have always been expensive since the VHS days, so these follow suit. I personally found these DVDs to not be worth the money at $200 a pop. If you are on the edge about buying any of the Danaher DVDs, let me give you my honest review as someone that has purchased the Back Attack, Front Headlock, Armbar, Triangle, and Escapes systems.
